I’ve been watching Dinner Time Live with David Chang on Netflix lately. It’s a fun show. He brings on a couple guests and cooks for them while they all just talk about different stuff around whatever is being made. My favorite episode was with Bert Kreischer and Bill Simmons.

I really like seared tuna steaks, especially for on salads or noodles. Still raw in the middle and you get the the crust on the outside. Best of both worlds.

Yeah, this is how I feel. I like the little crisp on the outside and the raw in the middle. Adds another flavor.

Don’t forget northern bbq, which is burgers and hot dogs in the grill.

I’ve been getting frozen tuna steaks at Aldi lately and marinating them in soy, garlic, sesame oil, lemon, sugar and salt. Then searing them for like a minute each side. Really easy and really good. Served with rice that has garlic, butter, lemon and cilantro that my daughter makes. Good stuff.

Yeah, the thin crust options from any of those places are garbage.

I still like the pan pizza okay because of the bottom crust I think. The other crust options are bad.

It would seem that getting the Trump legal stuff settled before the election would be logical, if you looked at it in a completely non-partisan way.

Yeah that sucks. I know some teachers in the younger grades can be tougher on boys, especially if they’re more active. But some kids that age just need a little more leeway.

From a teacher’s perspective… most don’t go out of the way to find things to punish a specific kid for. It’s usually warranted. That said, there are definitely some who don’t like certain kids and punish them, but it’s very rare in my experience.

Yeah, not sure what Instacart pays, but what dd pays for groceries isn’t worth it most of the time. Drug stores, however, are, since it’s usually only a couple items. I’ve picked up plan b three times so far for dd.

Guacamole on an everything bagel is surprisingly good. I really thought those flavors would clash. My wife eats the same thing but with some dried tomatoes on top.
