And blame the vendor, who usually chooses that option without the customer's knowledge. I do still blame fedex for the very existence of smartpost though. It sucks.

Silly question, but, why are people so grossed out by rats but not squirrels...? Squirrels are welcomed but rats are just considered vile, grotesque creatures...I can understand liking one over the other, but why are they on such opposite ends of the spectrum...? they have pretty different lifestyl...
