I don't have a subscription, but apparently Yohe wrote an article that states that Rutherford has 4-5 3C targets in mind, is willing to deal a winger, and will be looking for another mobile defenseman (that one was obvious), and has not had other teams contact him about Sprong.
Pretty much summarizes the article.

Just to add, the one of 5 center targets would be acquired through a trade, the mobile defenseman would be through a signing. Bonino and Daley have both told the Pens that they will not be returning.

The guy is not reliable. Also said in 2013 that, although Crosby was not feuding with Mario (remember that BS?), he and his teammates did not get along.

All they have to do is LTIR Hossa and his 5 mil cap hit will put them under. They have pretty much everyone signed except for maybe a cheap depth defensemen.

Pens need 6 nhl roster spots to fill and some baby Pens depth... backup goalie, 2 centers, 2 or 3 defenseman, 1 winger... but this all can be adjusted per and trades... GMJR what's for breakfast?
