The first power play was good. The second one was 5 seconds long but was a goal. The next 3 were the same old same old complete with a shorty
If I'm playing the pens, I'm putting offensive players on the kill even if they aren't traditionally killers

It's so funny listening to these guys (obviously FSG employees) try and tip toe around what's wrong with the PP.
GDT #52: Jagr Day
no worries, GMKD will claim some dude off waivers in time for the next game.

I'm dying alive after that one.

The kings were the better team tonight by far. Pens had very few scoring chances. Jarry gave us a chance. But it's hard for me to even say the pens blew it. It just took 54 minutes for the clearly better team to break through
GDT #52: Jagr Day
The Pens are downright pathetic at this point.

What a joke of an ending. Ugh.

Indeed. One line team who lost 1/3 of that one line.
Malkin has 1 goal in 13 games and 2 goals in 18. The bottom 6 that played today have 5 goals this calendar year. Soo yeah

IMO, there's just nothing left. It's time to trade what you can.

OC 2 (1 in 15)
Eller 3

Very hard not to shed a few tears watching that ceremony. I know Craig Patrick was pretty loathed by the end of his tenure, but he really did love Pittsburgh and love that team, and you could see the emotion all over his face today.
It probably wouldn't have gone well, but I still hate that the Pens didn't bring Jagr back for a season at the end of his career when he was bouncing around.
