Considering starting a subscription-based webpage...anyone have any experience with forming an LLC or S-corp or anything categorically similar? Is it worthwhile? Do I really need to get a lawyer for a small scale, likely single owner/operator operation? Would it make more sense to start it and see if it goes anywhere before going through with all the bureaucracy...?
