I've been wanting to change it for a while. I asked the blue shirts a while back (might be more than a year at this point), but was denied. I use this name everywhere else.

Chengdu Gourmet and Sichuan Gourmet in Squirrel Hill both have two menus—one for "Americanized" Chinese food and the other for authentic Sichuan-style food. Kung Pao chicken shows up on both lists, which has always amused me. You can get it real or fake.
