Legit had no idea the famed Hoosiers were the last undefeated team. This is fun.
Last team to have a chance was I believe Illinois in like 2005. Lost to UNC in the nat'l championship game.

It was a tough night to be both a Pens fan and WVU fan without having a paper bag near by. Its cliché to talk about being embarrassed about being a fan of a certain team, but I felt embarrassed tonight. Esp because I truly thought we could hang within 10 or so. In 2010 WVU beat UK when they had FIVE first round picks, but this was a different animal, and WVU just wasn't hitting a single thing. No biggie they got a good team returning and I think 16 was their ceiling anyway, just didn't want to get run out of Cleveland like we did so guys like Barkley can crow about about being right.

Illinois got beat in the last regular season game by Ohio State that year.

Last year, Wichita went into the tournament undefeated and got beat by Kentucky in the 2nd round (because the NCAA hates mid-majors).

In 2004, St. Joe's got all the way to the A-10 tournament undefeated and then got bounced by Xavier in the 1st round but made the Elite 8 before losing to Okie State.

I made a bracket for the first time ever this year, in a no-bidding league. As of yesterday my bracket was in the 98.6th percentile.

I'm not bragging at all, and I completely guessed on almost every game except for a few upsets, the only one I actually chose was Michigan State to go far because those mofo's always do. I have my finals as Wisconsin- Mich State (I know it wont happen) with W winning it all.

Just saying it goes to show how ridiculous this madness really is. I chose Kentucky to lose to WVU, don't ask me why, so I don't want to look at my percentile right now and just bask in my past glory

Their defense on Auguste has been weak so far which is surprising considering how good their bigs are defensively. I think that changes and they end up pulling away

Three 1 seeds poised to make the final four.

...because this tournament needs more help being completely uninteresting.

If Duke wins today and adds that 3rd #1 seed to Indy, it would be a microcosm of how top-heavy college basketball was this year. The only teams who were consistently good all year were Kentucky, Wisconsin, Duke, Villanova, Virginia, and Gonzaga. After today, 3 of those 6 will still be alive. I don't know why you think it's been uninteresting. There have certainly been some clinkers for games in this tournament but then there have been others that have been tremendous.

Its more Kentucky. I liked Derek Jeter but always wanted the Yankees to lose.

As long as Duke loses I don't care who wins at this point.
