As crappy as my job has been lately, this summer hours program is wonderful. Even with going in for four hours, it doesn't even feel like a "real" workday.

Today was our Organizational Day at Kennywood. The only people on our floors appears to be the IT folks.

I'm a Sales Manager at a car dealer...it's damn near impossible to find a good salesperson. I need to find 1 or 2 sales people and the resumes that I'm getting are just blah. Need to get creative and find some talent.

There was an ex drug dealer in my high-school who turned car salesman in his later years. Maybe that's a good niche to look in?

I like to discuss dinner during breakfast, but cooking dinner is more fun than staff meetings.
Having said, I have 3-4 meetings a week and don't mind them.
