If you have recently sustained any blood loss (internal/external), that could also cause that...up your iron in-take as well...spinach, etc.

that looks like a prison
It's a tennis club for the idle, mega-rich polo people.

what kind of music does everyone like to listen to when exercising?

I've taken to (oddly enough) trailer music. Hi Finesse is probably my overall favorite, but there are so many good production houses that make music that is a lot of fun to both run and lift along with.

Whatever has bass and rhythm tbh

I listen to mostly metal or something aggressive. Need to get the juices flowing.

I don't listen to anything...I don't like wearing headphones/earbuds in general...

Occasionally, I'll put on some short hockey video that gets my adrenaline going a little...a CBC montage, something from the Pens '08 or '09 run...I'm sure I'll use the Dubinsky/Cole exchange some time in the near future to get mad...

At the gym, I listen to nothing...other than whatever they have on, which I barely pay attention to either...

I'm whithering away. Down to 183...lowest I've been in about 20 years (I'm 6'3). Having a job that consumes your life is so bad for your health. No time for exercise and no energy to make healthy, fat and protein filled lunches. I've been avoiding dairy since 2014. I think I need whole milk yogurt back in my life.

You'll likely need a few days at home If you do that , as you can expect your intestines to turn into a volcano.

-Cottage cheese! 26G of Protein per cup. Daisey is my favorite brand and has the highest protein.
-Use avocado in place of mayo for tuna or chicken salad.
-NUTS! You can't go wrong with Almonds and Peanuts are great ways to sneak protein and fat.

Source of the post At the gym, I listen to nothing...
That's an easy way to spot a psychotic right there. Begs the question what's running through your head, and the most likely answer is you're pondering what it would be like to wear my skin inside out.

Do you drive with the radio off, too?

Nah, I always need to have some noise...

But at the gym, there is noise...I don't need additional noise that I picked out at the cost of dealing with earbuds...

Plus, the whole skin thing is plenty enough motivation like you mentioned...

I don't like earbuds either, honestly. I use wrap around earphones.

I've been buying this same pair of headphones about every six months for the last 15 years. When I run if I hear my breathing I get in my head pretty bad; have to drown all of that out.

Same  Ditto for when I can really hear my footsteps hitting the ground. Tires me out mentally.

your headphones only last 6 months? sounds like you need better headphones. I've been wearing the same pair of wrap arounds for something like 3 years.

Well, now they last years since they're just hanging on the back of a chair. ;)

I used to run about 60 miles a week. I burned through shoes and headphones pretty quick. They're like $14, not really worried about it.

I feel like I'm an idiot because I don't understand how people keep earbuds in their ears? Any time I tried them they would fall out or feel loose in my ear when working out. Plus they just feel weird.

I do laugh at people who wear those oversized headphones that DJs wear. It's well... douchie. Unfortunately at the gyms in Las Vegas there is usually a high dooshe factor.

That honestly looks uncomfortable. I don't like things sticking in my ear like that, but hey, too each his own.
