No one deserves him. I'm starting to feel he will win, and that gives me the chills.

I find Trump intriguing. Not the person...he's a terrible person and would make for a terrible president. But the idea of him being voted into office, or at least winning the Republican nomination, is oddly comforting.

People are so fed up with the current state of American politics that they're willing to someone as dumb as Trump in office? if that isn't a middle finger to politicians, I don't know what is

I can't vote for either. Trump(egomaniac, lunatic, blow-hard) vs Clinton(egomaniac, corrupt, blow-hard). It's a lose lose to me.

I just saw a story that had Hillary crushing Trump in the general, but losing to Carson and Rubio.

I'm pretty sure the Republicans will figure out a way to give someone else the nomination. The statement above indicates to me that that the independent vote favors the right in this election, but would never go for Trump.

That Monmouth polls internals are silly. Only 25% of those polled voted in a primary before.

This Administration is hideous.

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson decided against ending a secret U.S. policy that prohibits immigration officials from reviewing social media posts of foreigners applying for U.S. visas, according to a report by ABC News.

Johnson decided to keep the prohibition in place in early 2014 because he feared a civil liberties backlash and “bad public relations,” according to ABC.

“During that time period immigration officials were not allowed to use or review social media as part of the screening process,” John Cohen, a former acting undersecretary at the Department of Homeland Security for intelligence and analysis, told ABC News.
How can the Department of "Homeland Security" follow a policy that doesn't use every reasonable means at their disposal to screen immigrants? Yeesh.

I was picturing a population of 10 or so.

It's only 93% white so I won't be going there.

I just Googled it and learned that Dan Savage and his partner moved from there because he didn't know if the local school district would accept the adopted child of two gay men.

Some liberal outpost, pft.

The people's republic of vashon Island.

When I worked for Microsoft in the late 80's, we had a number of people who had second homes there

Repealing stupid outdated laws.
That sure doesn't sound like a bad idea to me.
I've always thought laws should come with an expiration date anyway. If it's a good law, it'd get renewed. Otherwise, it's gone.

Outdated? That implies they were once acceptable. Like how SC had a law against interracial (whatever that means) marriage until 1998.

They are making a movie about Ted Kennedy's effort to get over Chappaquiddick.
