Huh? This isn't a lawyer letter. They are playing morality police. Leaving aside that the newsworthy-ness of this ding dong's name is nil, they are expressly saying that because he is being a good boy now, they won't publish his name. If, however, he is a bad boy again -- by applying CNN's moral, rather than journalistic standards -- they will publish his name. This has nothing to do with lawyers. Either find it newsworthy, or don't, but this is some goofball sht from CNN IMO.

I agree 100% with slappy. This is absolutely CNN telling that guy "Grovel and apologize to us our we'll ruin your life." Absolutely disgusting and petty from an entity that purports to be a major news organization. And I do not interpret anything in that statement as a lawyerly denial of waivers. It wasn't a letter to opposing counsel; it was a press release.

The Korean boy king knew that Obama (and China and Russia...) wouldn't do anything. Granted, he appears to be crazy, and appears to want to swing his dick enough to feel powerful.

What makes it worse is that we have a boy king, who likes to discuss the size of his dick.
