I missed this gem from Christie last night:

Christie, who has advocated a no-fly zone in Syria where Russian planes have been flying bombing missions over the country, said Tuesday night he would absolutely enforce a no-fly zone.

"A no-fly zone means a no-fly zone, Wolf, that's what it means," Christie responded to a question from debate moderator Wolf Blitzer about whether he would shoot down a Russian plane.

"Yes, we would shoot down the planes of Russian pilots if in fact they were stupid enough to think that this president was the same feckless weakling that the president we have in the Oval Office is right now," Christie said to cheers from the audience.

Yes, start war with the Russians.

An East Bay woman visited a Dick’s Sporting Goods last week and asked a store employee about buying eight boxes of ammunition for her AR-15. Two days later, on Friday, Sim Sangha received an unwelcome visit by two police officers.
The store employee had alerted them, police said. Now, the 24-year-old Fremont resident is accusing the store of racial profiling.

Outside of Chicago, Washington D.C., and New York City, the San Francisco Bay area is probably the next-most anti-gun place in the United States. For example, there is not a single gun store anywhere in San Franciso because the local government functionally drove every gun seller out of business through a mountain of rules and regulations—regulations that were designed to be expensive and burdensome. While I would bet that racial profiling was part of this, I would also bet the general Bay-area hostility and suspicion to anything gun related also played a part. I'm honestly surprised the Dick's in the Bay area even sell ammo to begin with. I would have thought that all of the fart-sniffing, Prius-driving hippie douches would have put a kibosh on selling ammunition.

Also, Dick's has demonstrated on multiple occasions that—while they're perfectly happy to take and make money from selling guns and ammo—they are in no way supporters of the RKBA and are perfectly willing to shaft gun owners. I don't shop at Dick's for that reason. I find it not-in-the-least-bit surprising that one of their stores would do something like this.
