So I've recently discovered how much better my body feels after sleeping on concrete, did some research and there's a lot off stuff out there that supports this

I've slept on a hardwood floor before. My back hurts all the same. Now sleeping outside in the grass is a totally different story.

Just doing quick research, I'm seeing a lot of spammy type articles aimed at pushing a product. What I am also seeing, is not a true hardwood experience - a lot of them are people speaking of a hardwood frame with a futon mattress.
