I mean dude is probably super stressed out waiting for judgement day.
As far as I know there is no established timeline in which Judgement Day takes place after June 2021, so he should be okay now.

Awesome! Imagine the weight off his shoulders.

I fear the (mental) damage may already be done. As you allude, that's a heavy burden and it takes it's toll.

I feel like we’re forgetting that Furlong was also murdered by satanists and was resurrected to get revenge. Cut the dude a break.

The Thing was a big hit with the family. Age 9 through 14 all enjoyed it and thought it was fine to watch. At one point my daughter says this isn't so bad and then the head scene happens and I look over and she's mouthing the words "what the hell is happening" and it was awesome!

Also watched Moonwalker and that movie is so bizarre, but was nice to revisit.

Also watched the star wars Lego Halloween tales on Disney plus and it wasn't great, I found it to be pretty annoying.

Honestly don't remember if I've ever seen Moonwalker. Not a big MJ fan.

MJ turns into a car to escape Joe Pesci at one point

I think we are going to watch Malignant tonight.

I just got Hellraiser I and II in on blu ray the other day, along with It Follows so those will be on tap at some point soon. Candyman also coming in this week.

IMO, Malignant was not good. There's a pretty good fight scene in the movie but other than that I thought it was poop.

Yeah I've heard varying opinions. It's free on HBO Max, so will give it a watch.

Let me know what you think. I'm usually jaded when I figure out a plot in the first 10 minutes. Even so I think the execution wasn't great. It tries to be a modern Giallo but fails.

I'm curious if my wife will make it the whole way through. She always wants to do a 30 days of Halloween movie watch.. then taps out early when something is too violent or scary haha.

Speaking of, day 3 was Blood Sucking Freaks. Whoooo what a movie. Definitely recommend the Last Drive In version of this to get all the tidbits about it. Plus Chris Jericho co-hosts the episode.

I get my son today for the week so there will probably be a couple F13s coming up. Maybe some Vincent Price. Critters would be cool.

Armed with this new informatiom, I can now say with 99.9% confidence that I, in fact, have never seen Moonwalker.

They are asking for luxurious accommodations such as bathroom breaks and 10-hour turnarounds between breaking set one day and the call time the next day.

It's the 21st year of the 21st century, and things like bathroom breaks still have to be negotiated?

And that’s why unions are important. More than just basic human decency, they’re also asking for “new media” to no longer be considered “new media” since, you know, it isn’t new anymore. Time to pay the same rates as “old” media.

When I worked at Uni Music the royalty for CD sales was 50% of base rate because of that 'new media' BS. That was 10 years after CDs surpassed cassettes in unit volume sales. They charged normal packaging deduction for digital sales.

Today it's streaming services that pay a fraction of a cent per stream; 1,000,000 plays on Spotify will generate less than $5,000 for most rights holders.

Oh man Motel Hell is great. John Ratzenburger as a biker.

Ever seen Eaten Alive? Those 2 always had the same feel to me.

Tonight we're going with Creepshow.
