He's in a weird positions (which, you know, given what a weirdo he is..... kind of appropriate) because he's still the head of a publicly traded company who has been formally sanctioned by regulators for his activity on social media (he actually had a court ordered 'Twitter sitter' to monitor his posting). And now he also owns that same social media platform.
