We had a lot of good, friendly, and happy talks on FB messenger and we had planned on getting together for coffee/beer when I was in Pittsburgh last summer, but he defriended me on FB one day out of the blue and I never heard a word from him as to why.

His wife is still my friend on FB.

He just sent me a Facebook message last week, but generally he's gone low-pro. *shrug*

Do any of yinz know PFIDC IRL? I enjoyed his perspectives on things and would like to see him return.
Not IRL. But friends with him on FB.

What? Did he skip out last minute on a wedding or something?

Happy Father's Day to all of the dads on 5AF. My wife and 3 year old surprised me with a spa day in Lancaster. 60 minute massage, my first ever pedicure, and a haircut. I gotta say...if you've never gotten a pedicure...get one. Feels great, and my feet feel like a million dollars.

A surprising number of American adults think chocolate milk comes from brown cows

My daughter calls brown cows 'chocolate milk cows'. Then again, she's also four years old.

Overslept my alarm, it went off but not audibly, but also got my flight time wrong by the same delta so that's some kind of winning, right?

My boys go to daycamp at the boys and girls club. On Friday my youngest won a disc golf tournament and got tickets to the Antonio Brown softball benefit @ Highmark Stadium. It was a nice event other than the total loser adult autograph seekers.

They boarded the plane and a flight computer was broken. Sat for 45 mins. Pulled away from the gate and stopped 100 yards away...one of the engines is broken. Buh. This morning, nicht gut.

Yeah. Not sure what was up with the alarm. Lights were flashing but no sound.

I would have still made the original flight time regardless, but only because traffic was perfect despite the torrential rain.
