My neighbor's kid can crack his back, and when he showed me over the weekend it freaked me the **** out.

I can get a pop or two out of my back if I arch it enough. Not nearly as satisfying, though.

I have tried to crack my back like, hmm, twice-ish in my whole life...just not something I ever felt the need to do...

That's why I pay a chiropractor
I have always wondered if it was worth a visit. Would be my first time.

Mine also specializes in either sports medicine or sports massage (can't remember), so it's not just limited to the cracking.

Though, as my older brother says, once you go, you pretty much have to keep going for maintenance. I go in every 4-5 weeks, dependent on how much exercise I'm doing between lifting, hockey, frisbee, and golf.

My lower back and hips are a wreck from playing. I see my chiro once a month. I swear he keeps me mobile.

Encounter #2 yesterday with litterbug. It was a stare down. He was drinking his 32oz icehouse, I had my bo staff. No words were exchanged. The dance continues.

What are suggesting? That opening a door while wear a towel around my neck isn’t playing?

Those stools have terrible lumbar support, so I've heard.

I suggest you write a note, slip it under his door, ring the door bell and run. The note should say "I know what you've done"

My wife yelled at the kids for leaving their weapons on the front porch. But that was dad they said. And now they know about the boy who cried wolf.
