I can't do sausage gravy for breakfast either. Makes me feel like crap all day. Hollandaise sauce too. Had to cut both out a few years ago
how often do you get a chance to eat Hollandaise?

I see it on a menu maybe once every few months

Source of the post Bob Evans still makes maple sausage. It's good but I prefer the original or the zesty hot.
Ah, I haven't seen it any of my local grocery stores, unfortunately. I've never seen any zesty hot, either. Just regular and sage.

Most brunch or even slightly elevated breakfast spots have various benedicts on the menu. I'd expect that to be even more common where you live
