It doesn't, I agree. Which is why he was removed from the game.
And if the league was really serious about eliminating that type of behavior he would be suspended for at least a game.

Go Wild.

Zucker burned Michalek and they just out skated Hitchcock's trap. Nice PP blaster by Dumbass, too.

I'm on the Finnesota Bandwagon. Maybe not bandwagon since I always like them, but totally pumped that they pulled it together and might do some damage.

Come on, where is the participation in this thread for the other games?! Winnipeg up 2-1 on the Ducks

I was here for a while during that game but was drinking alone so I bolted. Impressed with the way the Quacks started running circles around Winnipeg beginning late in the 2nd and it carried over to the 3rd period.

How about this video from pregame of Jets-Ducks? That would have been a crappy way to start the playoffs if Pavelec had gotten hurt.

They were my cup pick this year, because, why the hell not.

Stone in for the Sens. He'll about as effective as...well... something that's not very effective at all.

Watching 5 mins of this Habs-Sens game and they're letting them battle well behind the play with each other taking shots. No whistles. Why exactly can't this be uniform in every series?

Holtby out with an illness and the Isles are already up 1-0.

Which side has the higher total:

- Mark Borowiecki minutes played this year with one hand on his stick
or
- Clarke MacArthur leaping into the glass

That was a bullet by Strone right between the circles to put the Isles up 2-0.

Borowiecki, for sure. How do expect him elbow someone with two hands on his sticks?

I'm watching. I think it's time I admitted something to myself. I like the Islanders. If I had to pick one team to come out of the east, other than Pens, I'd go with the Isles. I like how they're built and how they play. Fast, skilled, and feisty. Getting Halak was a stroke of genius.

Poor effort from Hammond on that one. At least default into a butterfly.

We need more (screened) goals from the point like that Caps goal. I never think we get enough.

As I watch other teams, I can't help but wonder why Pens don't get many goals on sniping shots like the Okposo or Clutterback goals. I think we need to get some better shooters.

This is an interesting series. Caps big, Isles fast. Both really go at it.

Yea we really don't have many right now. And we don't have anyone with shots from the point especially
