I had one like that... figured I'd back down the sugar a bit and added too much dark chocolate. Both were mistakes that compounded on each other. The sugar helps to keep it soft and dark chocolate makes it set harder when you add more. that's what I'm using. Getting the container to properly align wasn't fun for the first few times, but once I figured it out it took no time at all.we bought a Ninja Creami last Summer. really loving it. I want to try my hand at Butter Beer ice cream next.
