Re: Video Games
I'm still working through Far Cry 4.
Re: Video Games
I love the Dragon Age series, but I find myself having a difficult time wanting to play Inquisition. I don't really like open world games anymore. I just want a good story.

Re: Video Games
I really wish I didn't watch as much of that link as I did. Dude just walked through some walls and pretty much avoided all npc interaction. Pretty rad. How does one figure that out?

Re: Video Games
Tomb Raider was amazing (the newer one I am referring to). Playing Dragon Age Origins at the moment.
Re: Video Games
From what i can tell so far on 3, just stop the series after you play origins.shafnutz05 wrote:Tomb Raider was amazing (the newer one I am referring to). Playing Dragon Age Origins at the moment.
Re: Video Games
Origins is definitely the best by a long long distance. I didn't mind 2 that much. It was alright. But idk why I can't play 3. I just can't get into it. I just really don't care about the issue at hand. The Darkspawn and civil war of Ferelden was at least interesting.Craig wrote:From what i can tell so far on 3, just stop the series after you play origins.shafnutz05 wrote:Tomb Raider was amazing (the newer one I am referring to). Re: Video Games
Thought Hardline was going to suck. Can't put it down, it's addicting.

Re: Video Games
Started with Far Cry 4 on PS4 this weekend. Cannot get used to the damn controls though, so I keep molotving myself to death.
Other than that, the graphics/character motions make me feel like I'm watching a freaking movie. Really really top-notch.
Got into GTAV Online, too. Always get rocket launchered while I'm driving down the street to a mission. Do not recommend.

Re: Video Games
I'm not kicksave, but it's pretty bad. Especially on Xbox one/ps4 as they stripped out alot of features and modes. If it drops to 20$ or so its worth a play, but not at full price.Morkle wrote:Hey kicksave, is the new www game any fun?
It's a decent building block for next year when they will hopefully have more time to do a proper ps4/xb1 version.

Good to know, just thought about it because of that wrasslin thread.skullman80 wrote:I'm not kicksave, but it's pretty bad. Especially on Xbox one/ps4 as they stripped out alot of features and modes. Re: Video Games
My PC is a little underpowered for the game, so the up close graphics aren't as good as they could be. Stones have a sort of 'fuzzy' texture going on.EdOlczyk wrote:Started with Far Cry 4 on PS4 this weekend. Cannot get used to the damn controls though, so I keep molotving myself to death.

There were some really standout moments in the game. Once you travel to Shangri-la, stuff gets wacky. And Pagan Min is my all-time favorite video game bad guy. Won't spoil anything, but by the end of the campaign, I hard a hard time thinking of him as the villain.
Re: Video Games
I purchased FFXIV for pc now that I got a new laptop. I love Triple Triad, but other than that, it hasn't pulled me back in.

I didn't know this was a thing. Fn right.

Fifa itself's actually broadcasting the qualifiers for the FIWC - "Fifa Interactive World Cup" (using Fifa 15) - using two very well-known names in eSports (Joe Miller & Leigh Smith). Part of me wants to think this is actually kinda a big deal, since it's Fifa hosting it & they're purposely going for the big talents in the eSports community (I follow ESL/League of Legends stuff... it's basically my TV). But I'm not actually sure. *Shrug* Either way, if you want to check it out...
