the difference is less actions vs opinions and more talent. Kyrie Irving is a bonafide anti-Semite but no one cares. Kaepernick knelt a few times and was out of the league. The difference is that one is good at his sport and the other is replacement level

The outkick, whatever it is, has been really keyed in to the butler saga. Saw some other post from them touting the boost to his femal jersey sales.MWB wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2024 4:38 pmColumnist writes clicky opinion piece and the title is the newspaper is calling for him to be fired… lol.mikey wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2024 2:49 pmAs anyone who has been in America for the last 10ish years would know, the answer to this continues to be emphatically "yes"...and with a definitely very well researched twist, evidently...

Well, yeah...that one doesn't actually count for whatever reason. As we can see, quite pointedly, in the outbursts and coverage of those outbursts today/recently...MalkinIsMyHomeboy wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2024 4:36 pm Kyrie Irving is a bonafide anti-Semite but no one cares.
That's the chosen stance of the left right now, and is therefore celebrated.

Maybe if one just reads the outkick they would have missed kyrie being pretty widely criticized for his moronic anti semetic phase.mikey wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2024 4:49 pmWell, yeah...that one doesn't actually count for whatever reason. Guessing Kanye, in your opinion, was only criticized for liking trump and not for being a nazi?

Yeah, for him likely covering up child abuse, not for his fleet of baby mommas and illegitimate kids.

But I mean, Ye is a decent example of the obvious...
When he says "Bush doesn't care about black people" - there was a parade for him.
When he has dinner with Trump - it's "man, that guy is a real problem for society" haha
Kyrie says all this **** about Jews and how they're a problem and slave-owners and blah blah blah...gets $40 million and is put on national TV twice a week.
Jimmy the Greek says, "ya know, blacks are pretty fast...quick twitch..." - he's fired on the spot.
Jews represent the majority of all religious-based hatred year over year...Jewish-owned businesses are getting their windows smashed in here in NYC...and the VP comes out and proclaims every day is "Anti-Islamophobia Day" or whatever...
It's pretty graphically obvious what's ok and what's not...

People calling for Butker to be cut are dumb. But the backlash is from him making comments that many people, and especially women, find completely demeaning. Hill having kids with different women isn’t something that will rile many people up because it’s a decision between consenting adults. Now when you get into Hill’s abuse stuff, people call for his job. This isn’t a sides thing.Shyster wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2024 5:08 pmMWB wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2024 4:41 pm People did call for Hill to be cut in 2019.

yeah it’s kind of dumb; implying that only married couples should have children
