I might order this one. Mistakenly I asked for a Twiddle Cube for Christmas. It's cool but the joy stick part doesn't move around as smoothly as I would like. I thought it was the original. Now I'm pissed.I received the Fidget Cube that I ordered through the Kickstarter campaign last fall. I'll have to see how it holds up, but it seems like a really high-quality product. All of the various nonfunctional doodads work smoothly and easily, and the cube is solid with a weighty heft. For example, the little joystick glides nicely and is spring loaded to self-center, and the metal ball not only rolls, but it clicks if you push it down. The side with the five buttons offers three levels of tactile goodness. Two of the buttons just have springs for silent pressing, the one in the middle clicks softly with a light press, and the other two click loudly with a hard press. I think I like the spinning wheel the best. The only downside I can see with this device is that a lot of its functions make noise (albeit not all that loudly), so use in an open office such as cubicles could lead one's coworkers to get all face-punchy after a while.
As soon as the Kickstarter took off a bunch of copycats started cranking out cheap, low-quality knockoffs. The only way to get a real one is to order directly from Antsy Labs.

Today there was a woman at the gym who sprayed practically a can of hair spray on her hair. Prior to working out. And her hair is poker straight to begin with. WTH?

Don't sneeze after doing abs... my ab muscles just spasmed for a good minute and a half after one.

Don't do abs.
Squat, deadlift and do overhead movements. Abdominal muscles are stabilizers not flexors

So what did you do?... I needed to work on core strength and stability.
Are you training for a specific sport or nothing specific?

Little column A, little column B.
First time at new gym, so we started off with a small fitness test (push-ups, sit-ups, stair steps) and body measurements for progress.
Then did rainbow 6-inchers where I had to bring my outside leg up over the inside while moving them from side to side. Also had 2 separate plank exercises with arm movements thrown in. Also did some shoulder and upper arm work, but the ab stuff is what's killing me right now.

Planks kill anyone if done correctly.
Sit-ups, I don't really believe they are beneficial whatsoever
I'd rather do dips than Push-ups but only because they are more comfortable for me which is unusual

I don't do sit-ups for abs, as they hurt my lower back and don't seem useful relative to the work involved...
I do a lot of leg-lift related things, warn up with some plank punches, maybe a cable reverse crunch in there from time to time (I like those actually, but I struggle with good form I feel like...maybe I just feel like an idiot laying on the floor)...the main thing for abs is just low body fat%...working abs under fat will just build some abs under fat haha...part-Crohn's disease, part-diet/exercise, I've been fortunate to maintain low enough body fat% to always have them to some degree, but I don't do sit-ups, at least not straight...maybe off of a decline I will, with a medicine ball or something...
The good thing about abs is that they are quick to recover and can be worked often without a good deal of risk...it takes a whale of a workout for me to get sore from them anymore...
But I don't personally recommend straight sit-ups, I briefly did that "put a weighted barbell over your shoulder blades and rotate your back" thing but that seems like an unnatural and silly movement so I stopped that...probably the best tip I could give is when doing crunches (I do them decline as part of a superset or as a warm-up off of a bosu ball) is really open your elbows up so that they are pointed as if they're an extension of your ears so to speak...a lot of people have their elbows pointed diagonally or at the ceiling-ish...don't...
