Secret Invasion has a Falcon and Winter Soldier feel to it. I've enjoyed the first 2 episodes.

I know it's not technically the MCU, but I watched Spiderman 1-3 with Toby McGuire last week while on vacation in the evenings. Haven't seen those since they were released. I'd give them a B overall. How many times can Mary Jane get captured (I guess 3) only for Spiderman to save her. And Spidey's suit can't stay in one piece.
Going to watch the Amazing Spiderman (never seen 1 or 2) and then rewatch Homecoming, Far From Home, and No Way Home (never seen).

The first Amazing Spiderman is fine. The second... woof.

I would actually call the first one good. Certainly better than SM3. TASM2 suffers from terrible villains and villain based world building. Garfield is really good and his chemistry with Emma Stone is great in both movies.

Guardians 3 is easily the best Marvel anything since No Way Home.

Opening credits aside, I think Secret Invasion has been good.

Ok, so I watched TAMS 1 yesterday, I thought is was pretty good overall. But a few questions for any Spidey hardcore fans, as I do not read the comics or anything:
1) Is Spidey usually that big of a ****** in the comics. I've always heard he is just your typical teen and sometimes a smartass, but at least in TAMS, he seemed like a ******.
2) How many people in the comics know his real identity. Seems he gets caught alot w/o his mask on in the movies.
3) Is there anywhere to watch TAMS 2. It's not on Disney plus yet.

TASM2 is free on Starz (can signup through Amazon for a free week) or DirecTV. Other than that, can rent it for $3.59 on Amazon or $3.99 pretty much anywhere else.

Thanks! I'll just probably rent on Amazon. I know if I sign up for Starz for a free week, it will become permanant as I usually don't cancel.TASM2 is free on Starz (can signup through Amazon for a free week) or DirecTV. Finally finished phase two rewatch. It starts super rough with IM 3 and Thor 2. I mean, the Dark World is aggressively bad. Age of Ultron and Ant Man are middle of the pack, though I was surprised how much I enjoyed that first Ant Man again after not particularly liking the sequels. Ultron is a weird one. Fairly pointless in the grand scheme of things. Guardians is still super fun. Winter Soldier is not only the best of phase 2, but it's at the top of my list currently for everything.Finished phase one last night. There's a huge gap between my top 3 and bottom 3. Honestly, the top three are fairly interchangeable at this point but there's something about the first Cap movie that I love. The main thing that puts it above Iron Man for me is that I prefer Red Skull to Iron Monger.
I'm excited to get into phase three and the true Infinity Saga films.

Secret Invasion was great. My favorite show they've done on Disney+ after Loki

MCU rewatch slowed way down thanks to vacation but I just wanted to say that Captain America: Civil War is a much better Avengers film than Age of Ultron.

Yeah, Secret Invasion wasn't great. Got rid of a couple of good characters that deserved better. I do like Emilia Clarke joining the MCU though.

Having read what happens in Secret Invasion, I'll just keep not watching MCU shows. I'll probably watch GOTG3 this weekend but otherwise I'm at the point where I'm happy with the MCU ending with Far From Home as a wrap up to Endgame.

Secret Invasion just didn't look good based on the previews alone. Don't think I was ever going to watch it even before reading comments on it.

I haven't watched it yet and haven't read any spoilers, and I still have no interest in it. I've been beating this drum for a while now, but very few of the MCU D+ shows should be tv series. The majority should either be a movie or not exist at all. Also, going back and rewatching the MCU, I'm realizing just how much the multiverse saga sucks.

Thanks to a random YT video promoted to me this AM.............. TIL Wolverine was based (in part) on Tim "Dr Hook" McCracken from Slap Shot.

Huh?
Slap Shot was released in 1977. Or are we talking about a later artist's depiction of him?
*edit* Ah this is John Byrne's depiction.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolverine_(character)[Wolverine] first appeared in the last panel of The Incredible Hulk #180 before having a larger role in #181 (cover-dated November 1974).

Yeah, I'd have to agree with this. Spider-verse is right up there, although that's not in the MCU (I think?)Guardians 3 is easily the best Marvel anything since No Way Home.
Definitely worth checking out, and glad to see

Finally made it to Infinity War. Biggest surprise so far is I thought Ragnrok would be higher on the ranking. It's definitely the best Thor film but I remember liking it a lot more the first go around. I also liked Guardians 2 a lot more this time. The middle of the pack movies, from Guardians 1 to Iron Man 2 are all fairly interchangeable. They're solid, but not great. They're also not Dark World bad. So far that's the only MCU movie that I'd consider straight up trash. Even Incredible Hulk had some redeemable qualities. Dark World? Not so much.
